Yes, if you are left handed the lessons will still apply to you. The only thing you have to keep in mind is sometimes the instructor will refer to right hand and left hand. For left handed players this would be the opposite. all other features and aspects should be normal.
Yes, there is a Free Lessons section which contains several lessons for free. They're the full lesson and charts are available as well. You can access the free lessons by clicking the Free Lessons link in the left nav.
It depends on the student, but generally speaking anyone ages 10 and up could benefit from our lesson plan.

Yes, lessons apply to both acoustic and electric guitar.
To use your Groupon code, click the Shop for Lessons link in the left nav. Make sure to click Subscriptions and choose 1 Year - Non-Recurring. That subscription will be added to your cart. Click View Cart. Review your cart and make sure it says 1 Year Non-Recurring and enter your GRPN code in the coupon field and click Apply Coupon. Your total price should go to 0. Click Proceed
Make sure you are using the right code. There are several numbers on your Groupon voucher and it can be confusing. The code you need to use is located in the middle of your Groupon voucher and begins with the letters GRPN. It is labeled Redemption Code. It will look something like this GRPN0pPn0. One thing to note, if your code contains 0's (zeros) or O's (capital o's), l's (lowercase L's) or I's (capital i's), and it's not working, it's quite possible you're using the wrong letter. So substitute the zeros and O's or l's and I's. If you are using the right code and it still does not work please contact us.
We have tested and verified that the lesson videos play in Firefox, IE8, IE9 and Chrome on Windows XP and Windows7 as well as Firefox, Safari and Chrome on the Mac. We have also tested and verified that the videos play on the iPhone, iPad and Droid devices. We understand there can still be issues where the videos may not play as they should. If for some reason the videos do not play for you, make sure your flash player is up to date. If the videos still do not play, check your browser settings and browser plugin/extension settings to make sure nothing is set that may prevent the videos from playing. There have been cases where Windows7 users needed to update their graphic card drivers in order to play the videos, especially if they've updated from Windows XP.
If you're using Chrome and the videos do not play, here's a little trick you can do that will usually fix the issue in Chrome. Type chrome://flags in the address bar and hit enter. Look for Disable hardware-accelerated video decode and click Enable. Make sure you click the Relaunch Now button at the bottom for the changes to take place.
One way to test if the issue is browser specific is to try the lessons on a different browser. For example, if the videos do not play in Chrome, try it in Firefox or IE. If they play in the other browsers, then you know that the issue is with the settings in Chrome.
